Welcome to THE FORWHY AGENCY, a sustainable fashion community and creative production house.
We believe in transparency, respect, and clear communication with our community. The following policies apply to all purchases, events, and services offered through The FORWHY Agency.
PART I: SHOP POLICIES
Domestic Shipping
We ship all U.S. orders via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Each order includes delivery confirmation, and most items arrive within 3 to 6 business days after your shipping notification.
Insurance is available upon request and must be purchased by the customer prior to shipment.
International Shipping
All international orders are shipped via USPS International Service. Delivery times vary by destination, but you can generally expect your package within 7 to 15 business days of shipment notification.
Insurance is optional and available at the customer’s expense.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the unique and sustainable nature of our inventory, all eco and vintage items are final sale and not eligible for refund or exchange.
However, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please contact us at contact@forwhy.agency with any concerns. We value open communication and will work with you to address issues (if any) thoughtfully.
PART II: EVENT & SERVICE POLICIES
Event Ticketing & Attendance
All ticket sales for FORWHY events, including fashion shows, workshops, and private activations, are final and non-refundable. Tickets may be transferred to another guest up to 48 hours before the event by emailing hello@forwhy.agency.
Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in forfeited seating or missed experiences.
By attending, guests consent to photography, video, and audio recording that may be used for promotional purposes by The FORWHY Agency.
Vendor & Participant Terms
Vendors, models, and collaborators participating in FORWHY events agree to:
Submit all required materials, forms, and fees by stated deadlines.
Maintain professional conduct and align with FORWHY’s values of sustainability, inclusion, and respect.
Acknowledge that The FORWHY Agency is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property during events.
Vendor and participation fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the event is canceled by FORWHY.
Creative Services & Collaborations
When engaging FORWHY for creative direction, styling, consulting, or production services:
All payments are non-refundable and considered compensation for services rendered to date.
Invoices must be paid according to the schedule provided. Past-due accounts may result in service suspension until balances are current.
FORWHY reserves the right to terminate agreements for accounts overdue by 30 days.
The FORWHY Agency retains rights to creative concepts, event photography, and design work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Event Cancellations by FORWHY
In the unlikely event that a FORWHY-hosted show, pop-up, or workshop is rescheduled or canceled, all registered guests will be notified by email. Credits, rescheduled dates, or transfers will be issued as outlined in the specific event’s registration details.
PART III: COMMUNITY STANDARDS
THE FORWHY AGENCY exists to celebrate fashion, culture, and community.
We are committed to maintaining spaces that are safe, inclusive, and creative.
We reserve the right to refuse participation or entry to anyone engaging in discriminatory, unsafe, or disruptive behavior that conflicts with our values.
PART IV: PRIVACY & DATA
Email & Address Collection
We respect your privacy. THE FORWHY AGENCY does not sell, rent, or share your personal information, including your name, email, phone number, or address with any third party.
Your information is used only for communication, order fulfillment, and event updates.
Security & Data Protection
We employ physical, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect your information from unauthorized access or misuse. While no system is 100% secure, we are committed to protecting your privacy and using your data responsibly. Your information will only be used to fulfill your requests (such as shipping, event communication, or responding to inquiries).
Unless you request otherwise, we may contact you via email for updates on new collections, events, or policy changes.
PART V: TERMS OF USE
By using our website, purchasing from our shop, or participating in FORWHY events or services, you agree to these policies as part of our Terms & Conditions. We may update these policies periodically to reflect business or legal changes. All updates will be posted here, and subscribers will be notified via email.
