THE FORWHY AGENCY
Founded by Tempestt W. Harmon, THE FORWHY AGENCY is a sustainable fashion and lifestyle community shaping a new culture of conscious style. Blending curation, creation, and community, FORWHY explores circular fashion through thoughtfully sourced vintage, intentional design, and events that bring people together.
Rooted in storytelling and sustainability, THE FORWHY AGENCY redefines fashion as collective experience, one where garments, gatherings, and narratives connect to express identity and purpose.
Drawing from her background in Fashion Merchandising (B.A.) and Fashion Journalism (M.A.), Tempestt unites editorial perspective with design sensibility to build a platform that celebrates artistry and environmental awareness.
Her journey began in 2013, when she won a national writing competition that earned her a seat at New York Fashion Week for two consecutive years. That early exposure inspired her first fashion ventures, 5250 and Lola & Clarke, which laid the groundwork for her creative and entrepreneurial path. Over the next decade, she built a career in visual merchandising, presentation management, and womenswear brand direction, while writing on sustainability and culture.
Since 2023, Tempestt has produced annual sustainable fashion shows, spotlighting circular design and local talent, and was recognized as an Emerging Talent in Sustainable Fashion by Sustainable Fashion Focus.
Today, through THE FORWHY AGENCY, Tempestt continues to shape a body of work defined by curation, culture, and community, guided by a lifelong love of clothes and the connections they create. At its core, THE FORWHY AGENCY is a movement uniting community, creativity, and consciousness to shape the future of sustainable fashion.
